About samples:

1. For standard product, one free sample can be offered, but you have to bear the courier. The payment will be WU or Paypal.

2. For OEM product, sample cost will be charged, but we will return it to you after the order fixed.

3. Sample lead time: normally 2-3working days; 4-5 working days with customized logo.

4. Shipping methods: international express, ocean shipping, air transportation.

Payment:

Return and Warranty:

1. All the goods are inspected before shipment, so if you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can exchange the items in one week and you must tell us within 24 hours of the receipt of the purchase. But, if the goods are accordance with the sample, return or exchange cannot be accepted

2. The reshipping and handling charges will be in your side.

3. All return items must be in original conditions, including boxes and accessories,defects made by man are not guaranteed, such as broken, scratched and so on.

4. For any items, please send by Shipping or Express.
